Users are responsible for preparing and maintaining the device, communication environment, and data backups required to use the App, including any associated costs. The Operator is not liable for any issues caused by the user’s environment.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following acts while using the App:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe on the rights or interests of third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
• Analyzing, modifying, or reverse engineering the App
• Using the App for illicit purposes

Article 4 (Changes or Suspension of Service)

• The Operator may change, add, suspend, or terminate the App’s content without prior notice.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any damages suffered by Users due to these actions.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

• The App is provided “as is,” and the Operator does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.
• The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders. Unauthorized use beyond personal use is prohibited.

Article 7 (Use of External Services)

• The App uses external services to deliver ads, manage subscriptions, and offer AI features.
• Information handled by these external services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of each provider.

Article 8 (Payments and Subscriptions)

• The App may offer paid plans (such as subscriptions) for additional features.
• Billing, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with each app store’s policies.
• If your purchase status is not reflected correctly, please contact the support channel designated by the Operator.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

The Operator may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the App or related pages.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location as the exclusive agreed venue for first-instance proceedings.
